  41. Quite often the solution is quite simple.  Do you have the volume 
  42. turned up on the TV?  if you use a monitor, is the cable plugged in 
  43. correctly? is the right cable plugged in?  is the mnonitor sound 
  44. working and turned up?  is the cable working?  It could also be that 
  45. both SID chips are bad on both computers.

  47. On the subject of simple solutions, My supervisors spent days trying to 
  48. get a new MAC to work.  Couldn't figure it out until I came along, just 
  49. unplugged it and pluged it into a different socket (my Sups hate it 
  50. when I'm smarter than they are, which is why we probably never get 
  51. along :D ).
